Privacy Policy

Personal AI Workspace is a private, single-user application operated by Ian Goodwin. Last updated: October 20, 2026.

Data requested

With my own authorization, the app requests access to my Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets data.

How it is used

Data is read only to answer my requests and prepare summaries for me. It is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train generalized AI models. Parts of retrieved content may be sent to the AI model provider I choose in order to produce a response to my request.

Storage and retention

OAuth tokens are stored on a computer I own, in a protected local location. Retrieved content is not copied to any public location. I may keep summaries I choose to save in my private notes.

Sharing

Data is not shared with other people or third parties, except the model providers noted above when processing my own requests.

Deletion

I can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions and delete the local token, which removes the app's access.

Google API Services

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
